Barbara Barry ~ designer extraordinaire.  Furniture, china, carpet, fabric, wallpaper, tiles, lighting, crystal, candles and even tea are just a sample of Barbara Barry’s many designs.  Growing up in a family of artists, Barbara Barry was greatly influenced by her artist mother.  Seeing the soft palettes of Barbara Barry textiles looks like soft water colour paints.  In all of Barbara Barry’s designs the importance of quality, mood, light and simplicity is clear.

While I believe that many of Barbara Barry furniture designs to be iconic, nothing is more so than her famous chairs.

    1. Thanks for the kind words! I am not very tech savvy, (and I only can do what I sort of figure out myself) …but I think I found the right widget and have added it… I hope it works… if not I was just reading about feedburner which I will have to look into. cheer Sue
